With individual housing contracts, each resident signs their own lease instead of sharing with others living in the same home. This means that each resident is only responsible for their designated portion of the monthly installment and will not be penalized if roommates miss a payment.
Monthly installments can be paid via personal check, money order or cashier’s check, by credit card online, by automatic bank deduction, or by free online check payment through the resident portal.
